FRAG ME UP · LAST UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

There are no accounts. You never give us your name, your email address or anything else about yourself. The game keeps your progress on your own device, and the only thing that leaves it is the leaderboard record you choose to earn by playing: a callsign you typed, some numbers, and an identifier that means nothing outside this game.

You can have that record deleted at any time, in one click, with no email to anyone.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

Your stars, ranks, relics, weapon mastery, challenge history, settings and callsign are stored in your device's local storage. They are not sent anywhere except as part of the leaderboard record described below, and nobody but you can read them. Deleting the app, or clearing its storage, deletes them permanently — there is no backup and we cannot restore them.

WHAT THE GAME SENDS

The Hall of Fame. After a match, and when the game starts, it sends:

Our server records the two-letter country your connection came from, so the board can be shown per country. We do not store your IP address alongside your record, and we do not store a more precise location than the country.

Multiplayer. While you are in an online match, your callsign and your position in the arena are sent to the server and to the other players in that match, which is what makes multiplayer work. None of it is kept after the match ends.

Nothing else. No analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, no advertising identifier, no third-party SDK collecting anything. The game plays short video clips of its own between matches; they are files in the app and watching one tells us nothing.

CRASH DIAGNOSTICS

The game keeps a short log of what it was doing before a crash. It stays on your device and is never transmitted. It exists so that if you tell us something broke, you can read it out.

REMOVING YOUR RECORD

Open the Hall of Fame from inside the game — your own row is highlighted — and press REMOVE. The record is deleted from the server immediately. Your progress in the game is untouched; playing another match puts you back on the board.

If you cannot reach the board, write to [email protected] and say which callsign to remove.

OFFENSIVE CALLSIGNS

Callsigns are typed by players. Obviously offensive ones are rejected automatically, and every row on the Hall of Fame has a REPORT button. Reports are read and acted on — a record can be removed and the identifier behind it barred from the board. You can also write to [email protected].

CHILDREN

The game is not directed at children and collects nothing that could identify one. It asks for no personal information from anybody, of any age.

WHERE IT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG

Leaderboard records are stored on a server in Frankfurt, Germany. A record stays until you remove it, or until it drops off the bottom of a full board. There is no other copy and it is never sold, shared or handed to anyone.

CHANGES, AND WHO TO ASK

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions of any kind: [email protected].
